I've installed a 3TB drive but it's showing as 750GB or 2TB

In order for a system to support a drive larger than 2TB your motherboard needs to have a UEFI BIOS. If a 3TB drive is showing up as the incorrect amount check that your motherboard carries an UEFI BIOS.
