How do I stop Windows from grouping all of my open Windows?

If you’re not a fan of the combining of Windows into one category (as below) on the task bar simply perform the following steps to change the default option.

• Right click on a blank part of the task bar and select properties. (This should open up the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties window.)
• With the Taskbar tab selected you should see an option that says ‘Taskbar Buttons’ if you select the option to Never Combine or Combine when taskbar is full this should stop Windows from automatically grouping everything.
