Was looking to upgrade my 7 year old intel system with the new Ryzen 3000 series CPUs.
Did a lot of research about which motherboard and what features I wanted and since the new x570 motherobards were too much for my needs (movies, gaming, casual occasional streaming), I chose the ASUS B450-F. I bought it with the Ryzen 7 3700x (latest BIOS was flashed by CCL) and it's been a month now with no problems at all! 3700x with PBO enabled (no manual overclock yet just auto PBO) works like a charm and temperatures of the motherboard are perfect.
Overall the quality of the motherboard is very good and solid, it was very easy to install everything and of course the BIOS from ASUS is super easy to use.
It is a B450 so the only restriction it has it's that it does not support SLI but most people don't run dual GPU anyway. Performance-wise it's doing great with the 3700x and 16GB RAM at 3200 MHz, haven't had any issues at all.
I can definitely recommend this motherboard to anyone who is looking to build a new system and has a specific budget on mind.
