Service information during the COVID-19 pandemic

DELIVERY DISRUPTION, 14th JAN 2021 - updated 09:00

Due to the heavy snow around our location on January 14th, DPD, Royal Mail and Amazon were unable to get to us to collect our deliveries. We regret that there will be a small delay on orders as they did not be leave us on time, however are expecting collection to recommence today (January 15th) and we will ship all orders as soon as we are able. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Online Delivery Orders - updated 4th January 2021

Status - Limited Operation

Orders for delivery will continue as normal. We are working as quickly as we can to get your orders out to you, although there is the possibility of delays on some deliveries.

Our delivery cut-off times are as follows:

- Royal Mail cut-off for orders is 16:00

- DPD cut-off for orders is 14:00

Royal Mail are seeing an unprecedented number of parcels and due to the challenges at the current time are struggling to deliver as promptly as usual in some areas which may result in some deliveries are taking longer than normal.

Contact Centre - updated 7th January 2021

Status - Limited Operation

Our phone lines are currently operating between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30, Monday to Friday. We are also fully engaged on email and live chat if you prefer to contact us that way. 

Please note: At this time, our contact centre is experiencing a very high level of calls and emails, so responses are taking longer than usual. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Leeds/Bradford Showroom - updated 5th January 2021

Status - Closed

Our showroom is currently closed at this time. Please visit the website to place an order for delivery or call our Sales Team on 01274 471201 for Sales advice.

Collection Point - updated 5th January 2021

Status - Closed

Due to the current lockdown our Collection Point is currently closed. All customers with collection orders placed but not collected will be contacted in order to arrange delivery and payment or cancellations.

Returns - updated 5th January 2021

Status - Limited Operation

Postal returns

Customers who need to return a product can do so through our postal returns system.

All customer returns and RMAs will be quarantined for at least 72 hours before processing as a health and safety precaution. As such, please expect a delay on processing a return.

Please note, due to the current lockdown we are unable to offer our Returns Drop-off service. All returns must go through our postal returns system.

System Build / System Repairs - updated 4th November 2020

Status - Delays expected

Our build times are likely to be a little longer than usual during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have some staff who are vulnerable and unable to work and others who are required to self-isolate as a precaution.

Where it is possible, we also have as many employees as we can working from home to protect them. All said we are functioning as normal and working well, we simply wish to advise that lead times may be a little longer than usual.

Some system repairs are also affected by a slightly longer turnaround.

MendIT warranty repairs

Due to the limited amount of staff as a result of COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines, MendIT warranty repairs have extended their lead times. Currently, system repairs can take between 3-4 weeks.

Please note that there is an exceptionally high demand for computer equipment which allows people to work from home. This may cause unexpected delays; however, our team is working hard to ensure all orders are fulfilled. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
