COVID-19 Service Update

CCL service updates regarding the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak.

Latest Update - 19th June

In these difficult times we are minimising the number of staff that need to be in the work place as much as possible and in order to prioritise despatching of orders in what is a very busy time, we have re-tasked some of our telephone staff onto despatch.

As a result, we have less capacity to answer phone calls and as a consequence our lines will be available between 09:00 and 12:00, Monday - Friday. We are fully engaged on email and live chat, so if you do need to contact us, you can still do so via email and live chat.

In order to relieve pressure on our warehouse team, we have changed our weekday delivery cut-off to 15:00. We are working hard to get all orders placed before the cut-off time sent the same day.

We thank you for your understanding at this difficult time. We are, of course, prioritising getting your orders out on-time whilst allowing as many staff as possible to work safely from home.

(UPDATE 11th JUNE)

Some non-essential shops in England will be allowed to reopen on June 15. Please note that our showroom will remain temporarily closed for sales and returns until further notice. We are still delivering online orders.

Leeds/Bradford Showroom

In line with the latest Government guidance, we have now closed our Leeds/Bradford showroom until further notice to reduce the risk to our customers and staff.

Because the showroom is now closed, we are no longer taking orders for collection, both on the website or via our sales telephone line.

All customers with outstanding collection orders will be contacted individually to make arrangements to get your order to you. If you have not yet heard from us, please don't hesitate to contact our sales team at sales@cclonline.com. Online Delivery Orders

Orders for delivery will continue as normal. We are working as quickly as we can to get your orders out to you, although there is the possibility of delays on some deliveries.

Our weekday delivery cut-off time is currently 15:00 - we will prioritise sending orders placed before this cut-off the same day, where the priority service is selected during checkout. The Saturday cut-off time is currently 12:30.

Please note that DPD is no longer offering the Ship-to-Shop service, where parcels are delivered to local shops instead of your home or work address. We have temporarily switched this delivery option off.

We have also temporarily switched off the Post Office Local Collect service.

Royal Mail are seeing an unprecedented number of parcels and due to the challenges at the current time are struggling to deliver as promptly as usual in some areas which may result in some deliveries are taking longer than normal.

Returns

Customers who need to return a product can do so through our postal returns system.

All customer returns and RMAs will be quarantined for at least 72 hours before processing as a health and safety precaution. As such, please expect a delay on processing a return.

System Build / System Repairs

Our build times are likely to be a little longer than usual during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have some staff who are vulnerable and unable to work and others who are required to self-isolate as a precaution.

Where it is possible, we also have as many employees as we can working from home to protect them. All said we are functioning as normal and working well, we simply wish to advise that lead times may be a little longer than usual.

Some system repairs are also affected by a slightly longer turnaround.
