Accounts Assistant

Full Time (Monday - Friday)

We are looking for an experienced accounts assistant to work in our busy accounts department.

Responsible for the daily reconciling of our shop paperwork and retail debtors you should have experience of working within accounting and enjoy a busy, varied role.

Other duties will include the posting/allocation of receipts, the answering of customer queries via telephone and email, various reconciliations and assisting in all other areas of the accounts department as required.

You should be meticulous in your work, committed to meeting deadlines and a quick learner. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is desired, although training will be provided.

We are looking for a commercially aware, enthusiastic, quick learner to work within our busy purchasing department.

Responsible for the purchasing and managing of a number of product categories, this role requires the candidate to be skilled at negotiating prices and good at building relationships with suppliers. You will be a responsible, proactive person who enjoys a daily challenge, with has a passion for PCs and components and in time wants to acquire an in-depth knowledge of the PC market.

You will be hardworking, a quick learner, able to work both in a team and independently, and will have excellent communication and negotiating skills.
