Job Summary

We currently have a rare opportunity to join our highly regarded post sales team, working in our busy returns department.

The Role

You will be responsible for the advising and processing of all of our customer returns - this role is vital to our award winning customer service.

Tasks can range from general customer support and admin, issuing of RMA’s, technical support/advice, and liaising with other depts/suppliers on a multitude of topics. All customer interaction is done via email or on the phone.

Skills and Experience
  • Customer service skills are essential for this role, you will be dealing with customers?over the phone and email.
  • Technical knowledge covering a broad range of products would be extremely helpful in your application.
  • Candidates should be independent, organised and driven to ensure customers are provided with the best possible experience and support should they need to contact us.
  • Willingness to work as a team and go the extra-mile for customers and the wider dept is essential as you will be working in a small and efficient team where you may be asked to help others in the dept.

Customer Service Advisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a team player to join our successful Customer Services Department, working at the very forefront of our business based within our busy contact centre.

The Role
  • Taking a high level of inbound calls from customers. Dealing with their enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Answering tickets/emails.
  • Liaising with couriers and all our internal departments are also key components of the role.
  • Managing own workload, prioritising each day, and ensuring all tasks are completed.
Skills and Experience
  • Providing our customers with an exceptional customer experience. 
  • You will be a driven and experienced Customer Services Advisor and will strive to go that extra mile for all our customers. 
  • Have excellent communication skills and a desire to solve problems effectively.
  • Always be polite and professional and have a willingness to go the ‘extra mile’ to exceed customer expectations.

Previous Customer Services experience, within a call centre environment, is essential. Face to face Customer Services experience and sound PC technical knowledge would prove a definite advantage.

The team and the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team of developers, helping build new features on the CCL website as well as websites across the group. There are other auxiliary web solutions that you will additionally work on, with scope for other new developments as CCL and the wider business matures.

How our work is managed

Project management and the general development is tracked using GitHub. This is done manually by the whole team based on the back of internal requests from development meetings, and via ad-hoc bug finding through general BAU, but there is some light automation involved to a lesser degree. You must be comfortable tracking units of work in this way (Kanban board).

What’s required

As a minimum, solid experience with C#, ASP.NET Webforms, SQL Server, as well as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is essential. A flair for front-end development and/or e-commerce knowledge would be advantageous to your application. We are not hung up on the number of years' experience you have as we'll look to ascertain your technical competency through an interview and technical test.
