PC Sales and Support Specialist - Full Time (Mon-Fri)

We are looking for a PC sales and support specialist to join our rapidly increasing system sales team. Working within our contact centre, this key role involves advising prospective customers about our range of award-winning PCs and preparing and designing PC quotes, ensuring that we offer our customers the very best deal possible and generally making their purchase an experience they'd like to repeat.

You will be responsible for the entire PC sales customer experience, from the original quote, right through to post-sales customer care.

Proven customer service skills and an ability to sell are essential, as is an in-depth technical knowledge of PCs, both with regards to designing, building and selling.

You will be a team player who excels when working under pressure.

Returns Assistant

Full Time (Monday - Saturday) with a day off during the week

We currently have a rare opportunity to join our highly regarded post sales team, working in our busy returns department.

You will be responsible for the advising and processing of all of our customer returns this role is vital to our award winning customer service offering. Not only will the successful candidate be responsible for the speedy processing of returns they will also interact with our customers, both advising and assisting, at regular intervals throughout the process.

Customer service skills are absolutely essential for this role, you will be dealing with customers face to face, over the phone and email.

Corporate Sales Advisor

Full-Time (Monday - Friday).

We are looking for someone to join our successful sales team, working at the very forefront of the business within our telephone contact centre.

This key role involves providing our corporate and account customers with product information, ensuring that we offer them the very best deal possible and generally making their business with us an experience they’d like to repeat! Customer focus and an ability to sell is an absolute must and telesales experience and/or sound technical knowledge are definitely desirables.

Basic Duties include:

  • To provide our account customers with product information, input orders and confirm sales.
  • To answer inbound calls from current and new customers regarding B2B sales.
  • To perform outbound calls to our account customers and potential new customers.
  • To up sell and/or introduce new products wherever possible ensuring that it is within requirements and budget to existing customers or potential new ones.
  • To deal with internal and external queries when required.
  • To take customer payments ensuring accuracy.
  • To liase with our Purchasing Department to ensure orders can be fulfilled to customer expectations.
