System Builder

Full Time, Monday - Friday (08:00 ~ 16:30)

Job Summary

We are currently looking for a System Builder to join our expanding Builds team. If you have a passion for building systems and computer hardware then we'd love to hear from you!

CCL Computers is a leading seller of PC Systems, and with ever-increasing business we need to expand our team to keep up with demand.

We need you to start on the front foot, so the more experience you have with PC hardware, the better. Initial contracts would be offered on a 6-month basis. This would lead to a permanent placement for the right candidate.

Please note: Hours may change to a working day on a Saturday as per business needs, and overtime will be essential during busy periods.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build PCs for our customers
  • Liaise with internal teams on technical issues and test results.
  • Assemble products to customer standards.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Background knowledge of IT and consumer electronics testing procedures
  • Passion for Tech
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with a variety of individuals and issues

Repairs Administrator

Position Length: Temporary, end date Mid-March 2026

Reports To: Repairs Manager

Job Summary: As part of the admin team you will be responsible for coordinating repair processes, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to partners and end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage repair requests from customers via phone, email, and online systems.
  • Log repair jobs into the company database and ensure accurate tracking throughout the process.
  • Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs and monitor job progress.
  • Communicate with customers, providing updates on repair status and resolving inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with warranty terms and repair policies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Prior experience in administration or customer service (experience in computer repair services is a plus).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
  • Up to date DBS check, this would be carried out when joining the role if not already acquired.

Role summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Chillblast Group in Bradford. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for tasks related to customer support, satisfaction, service, and experience on a day-to-day basis.

Daily Tasks to include 

  • Answer Customer queries on the Phone and Email.
  • Liaising with different departments on orders from customers.
  • Dealing with complaints
