The AIR 100 series is the first Micro-ATX case from Montech's acclaimed AIR Series PC cases. Its small footprint makes easy to carry and takes much less space.

Despite its smaller form factor the AIR 100 cuts no corners to achieve the best cooling capacity capable. Expandability and anti-dust features also adhere to Montech's AIR Series standard. Combining this all with a clean minimalist design, the AIR 100 provides PC users a smooth, classy, but also high performance build experience.

Dust Resistant, Airflow Optimised Front Panel

The Super Fine Mesh Face Plate not only provides unobstructed cool airflow into the case, it also acts as an anti-dust cover. With its smart quick-release design, removing the Super Fine Mesh for cleaning is simple and tool free.

The cleverly designed top cover and the Super Fine Mesh Face Plate mold into one unified clean minimalist style language.

ARGB Lighting Out of the Box

Four pre-installed 120mm ARGB fans are connected by the included lighting controller, that can be easily controlled by the LED button on the case or managed through motherboard ARGB software.

The unique Side Swivel Tempered Glass Side Panel design is not only easier for users to unmount, its zero drill-hole design drastically improves the panel's strength integrity and safety.

Although a class smaller in volume, nothing is sacrificed in terms of expandability. The AIR 100 ARGB supports GPU cards up to 330mm, 160mm PSUs and tower heatsinks up to 161mm. 280mm radiators can be mounted at the front, while at the top there's space for 240mm radiators. The AIR 100 ARGB is expansion-capable for years to come.

Smart Cable Management

With cable management in-mind, the AIR 100 ARGB has strategically pre-installed cable loops and Velcro straps. This makes building your system with good clean cable management a breeze.

    However you look at it the Montech Air 100 ARGB is very cheap and could be excused if it was a terrible piece of work. In fact it functions well and succeeds in pretty much every area. The list of problems we found with the Montech Air 100 ARGB is very short and doesn't contain any deal breakers.

Q: What are the dimensions for the power supply slot? I see the length, but am curious about the height and width.

All ATX PSUs are the same: "Dimensions of an ATX power supply are 150 mm width, 86 mm height"

Q: Can you disable the RGB function and retain fan from the case switch or does it have to be connected to a supportive motherboard ?

The case switch will change the lighting mode through pre-programmed functions. If one of them is 'off' then the answer is yes, but I don't seem to be able to find a list online. Looking at a Techpowerup review, the fans appear to have separate 3-pin DC connections for the motherboard headers, and a separate ARGB connection on each fan. Therefore, you could bypass the RGB controller entirely and have no RGB at all and just leave the controller disconnected without changing the fan behaviour at all.

Excellent case, great airflow & very easy to build in. Had to knock a star off as the fans were not wired up correctly so it took a bit of trouble shooting to resolve

Surprisingly good. The loose additional parts are hidden inside the case. The swing door is a nice QOL feature

I love this case so much! The only downside is that the gpu brackets need to be removed completely, so you cannot reinstall them which isnt a big deal tbh
