Warranty

If you're on mainland UK, your system is covered and protected by a three year warranty with MendIT®, a leading UK IT repair centre. MendIT® only employ fully trained and accredited engineers - this means every repair is undertaken with the greatest of care and efficiency. MendIT® pride themselves on making things as good as new... just for you.

This system is covered by a three year MendIT® Onsite warranty which protects you against electrical/component failure.

In the event your system fails due to a hardware error, in the first 30 days, your system is covered by a standard Collect & Return service. After the first 30 days, a fully qualified MendIT® engineer will be dispatched to your location on the next business day* to repair your device onsite... hassle free!

If for any reason the MendIT® technicians are unable to repair your device under the warranty agreement (i.e. parts aren't available or the cost to repair is greater than the value of the device when new) you will receive a brand new replacement to the equivalent specification.

*subject to parts availability. UK only warranty for UK mainland addresses. NI excluded. On-site warranty begins 30 days after invoice - the first 30 days are Collect & Return only!

All of our machines are designed, built and tested from our production facility based in West Yorkshire. We have an experienced team of highly-motivated system engineers who have an average of over 10 years' experience each in building, configuring and testing systems. This enables us to guarantee the highest levels of build quality in the industry that many of the competition simply cannot match.

Upon completion, all PCs are put through their paces in an extensive testing programme and thorough quality control checks to ensure they're completely stable before shipment.
