If you are still having problems and the goods are within their warranty period, please contact technical support through the help centre by sending us a ticket.
If you then return the item and it is diagnosed as faulty by our technicians we will do our best to send a replacement within 3-5 working days, as long as is in stock.
If it isn't in stock then we will replace it as soon as we can.
If we test it and it isn't faulty, then we will send it back to you, but you will have to pay postage.
