Can I have a refund for a non faulty item?

We are happy to accept items bought through our online store (except built to order) for refund or exchange within 7 working days of delivery.

If you wish to return an item to us, please open a ticket. We will then issue an RMA number and give instructions on returning the item.

Items returned for refund must be unused, complete and in a condition reflecting your statutory duty of care.

CCL cannot accept the return of opened software under any circumstances.
