We are happy to accept items bought through our online store (except built to order) for refund or exchange within 7 working days of delivery.
If you wish to return an item to us, please open a ticket by clicking on the button below. We will then issue an RMA number and give instructions on returning the item.
Items returned for refund must be unused, complete and in a condition reflecting your statutory duty of care.
CCL cannot accept the return of opened software under any circumstances.
