Do you have you a question about the Crucial P5 500GB M.2 2280 PCIe Gen3 x4 NVMe Internal Solid State Drive?

Q: Hi, I have a HUAWEI HUAWEI MateBook D (U3E1) which has a TOSHIBA THNSNK256GVN8 256gb SSD from new. I tried Crucial scan but it failed to list my laptop. Toshiba specs show it as M.2 2280-S2 with ACS3 interface. So it appears to be the same as the Crucial, can you confirm this will be correct for my Huawei. Cheers Steve Forsdike

last week

I copied over the OS from the HDD and booted up with the NVRM module via BIOS. Win10 now boots up with respectable speed but have reservation about the 4x faster speed than conventional SSDs. I would rate it as 2x to 3x when compared as I have other devices with normal SSDs. But still it's quite a speed inprovement overall.
