Excellent service from CCL who delivered it the next day even though I ordered it late the previous afternoon. The Cyberpower UPS arrived in excellent condition and the onboard battery was already charged to 100%. Setting it up was easy and after downloading and installing the additional software which is excellent all has been fine for the couple of weeks I have been using it. I was a little worried that the unit might be underpowered for the new computer setup I got it for but I was very pleased to see that when it is idling along it would power it for 48 minutes and when I have loaded the system up it drops to around 38 minutes, these numbers are irrelevant to me as I have set the unit to turn everything off after five minutes of no mains power so maintaining battery power if there should be multiple power cuts in a short space of time. I also like the fact that the software enables you to be emailed when any power outages occur All in all, I'm very impressed with this UPS, it works flawlessly and is very quiet, I also think it was worth every penny I paid for it and would not hesitate to do business with CCL again, I'm highly impressed on both counts
