Q: hi. I can't understand from the manual what led lights I should see when working as normal. I have a green led on for the power on the left hand side but no other led lights are showing. is this normal?
Answer by Dan on 16th February 2016
Unfortunately I've no experience of actually using this device and likewise cannot determine anything further from the manual than you have. Green of course generally indicates that things are fine, perhaps just try unplugging it from the power and see if it kicks in like it should? -Danlevan

Answer by Toby on 19th September 2017
Yes. When it is plugged in, the mains is on and the battery is charged, the only LED is the green power light. To check it's working, turn it off at the mains; the LED will turn red and it will beep to warn you the power is off.
