Purchasing - Full Time (Mon - Fri)

We are looking for a buyer to work within our busy purchasing department.

With responsibility for negotiating the very best pricing, placing orders, building supplier relationships you will be a responsible, proactive person who enjoys a daily challenge.

Depending on your experience, and as your experience grows, you will be given product categories to manage.

You will be hardworking, able to work both in a team and independently, and will have excellent communication and negotiating skills.

Customer Services Advisor - Full Time (Mon - Fri)

We are looking for a team player to join our successful Customer Services department, working at the very forefront of our business. Bases within our busy contact centre, this key role involves providing our customers with an exceptional customer experience.

You will be a driven and experienced Customer Services Advisor and will strive to go that extra mile for all of our customers. You will have excellent communication skills and a desire to solve problems effectively.

The role involves taking a high level of inbound calls from customers and dealing with their enquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Liaising with couriers and all of our internal departments are also key components of the role.

Previous customer service experience within a call centre environment is essential. Face to face customer service experience and sound PC technical knowledge would prove a definite advantage.

Accounts Assistant - Full Time

We are looking for an experienced accounts assistant to work in our busy accounts department.

Responsible for the daily reconciling of our shop paperwork and retail debtors you should have experience of working within accounting and enjoy a busy, varied role.

Other duties will include the posting/allocation of receipts, the answering of customer queries via telephone and email, various reconciliations and assisting in all other areas of the accounts department as required.

You should be meticulous in your work, committed to meeting deadlines and a quick learner. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is desired, although training will be provided.
