MendIT® only employ fully trained and accredited engineers - this means every repair is undertaken with the greatest of care and efficiency. MendIT® pride themselves on making things as good as new... just for you.
3 Year On-Site Cover
This system is covered by a three year MendIT® Onsite warranty which protects you against electrical/component failure.
In the event your system fails due to a hardware error, in the first 30 days, your system is covered by a standard Collect & Return service. After the first 30 days, a fully qualified MendIT® engineer will be dispatched to your location on the next business day* to repair your device onsite... hassle free!
If for any reason the MendIT® technicians are unable to repair your device under the warranty agreement (i.e. parts aren't available or the cost to repair is greater than the value of the device when new) you will receive a brand new replacement to the equivalent specification.
