If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order by opening a support ticket or by calling Customer Services on 01274 471 206.
During the Covid 19 pandemic we unfortunately have a number of staff self-isolating or ill and so the support tickets are taking longer to process. If this is the case and your order is still shipped then please follow the advice in the next paragraph.
If your order has already shipped, please let us know and then refuse delivery when the courier or postman tries to deliver it. It will then be returned back to us and can be refunded.
If you would like to cancel or return an order within 7 days of receiving it, please contact our returns department by opening a ticket.
