To change the delivery address on your order before it has been despatched, please contact our Customer Services team. You can either send us a support ticket below, or you can give us a call on 0330 390 4173.
It is advisable to do this as quickly as possible, as orders are automatically processed and sent down to the warehouse for picking and despatch.
Please note that it is not always possible to change the delivery address on a PayPal order. In this case, it may be necessary to cancel the order and reorder with the new address.
