Any third party cooler from the Cooler Master TX3 upwards should be fine, though it will depend on your case as to what will fit. -Danlevan

Q: Does this CPU support RAM running at 3200MHz?

As long as the motherboard you use supports it as well then memory will run fine at 3200MHz using XMP with this processor. -Danlevan
