In terms of bang for your buck, the 6tb BarraCuda is hard to beat. Massive capacity, good warranty and from a long-standing, proven manufacturer. It was never going to be the fastest drive. But purely for storage, where speed is less important, this is the best option.

The product itself is being used as a spare hard drive and is doing the job absolutely fine. Not noticing any issues with performance. Needed an extremely large hard drive to facilitate transfer of files to fix a failed NAS array. Has done its job brilliantly and delivery was fast and simple.
