Q: Would these be ok for installing fans, in specific, a CoolerMaster JetFlo 120 (I think...), thanks in advance.

Fans generally use specific longer fan screws, I do not believe these would be suitable. -Danlevan

Unfortunately these are not designed for hard drive installations, CCL Code :ACC0162 however are intended for this use.
