Warranty

If you're on mainland UK, your system is covered and protected by a three year warranty with MendIT®, a leading UK IT repair centre. MendIT® only employ fully trained and accredited engineers - this means every repair is undertaken with the greatest of care and efficiency. MendIT® pride themselves on making things as good as new... just for you.

This system is covered by a three year MendIT® Onsite warranty which protects you against electrical/component failure.

In the event your system fails due to a hardware error, in the first 30 days, your system is covered by a standard Collect & Return service. After the first 30 days, a fully qualified MendIT® engineer will be dispatched to your location to repair your device on-site... hassle free!

If for any reason the MendIT® technicians are unable to repair your device under the warranty agreement (i.e. parts aren't available or the cost to repair is greater than the value of the device when new) you will receive a brand new replacement to the equivalent specification.

Cooling

Improved CPU cooling has a multitude of benefits. Keeping your processor cool helps it perform better for longer, whilst keeping noise levels down. Many coolers now also accentuate your system with RGB and even LCD screens.

Pure Rock 2 is be quiet!'s CPU cooler for silent multimedia and graphics systems. It provides excellent performance with 150W TDP cooling efficiency, four 6mm heat pipes, a Pure Wings 2 120mm PWM fan and convenient design for mounting in a system.

Our PCs are handcrafted by a team of passionate award-winning system engineers, averaging over 10 years of experience each. They meticulously design, build, and rigorously test every machine right here in our state-of-the-art PC build facility right here in the UK. This ensures unmatched build quality, a level you simply won't find with off-the-shelf computers. What's more, should you need any help choosing your PC or help with your PC once it arrives, our team of experts are on hand to take your call and guide you through the entire process.

Upon completion, all PCs are put through their paces in an extensive testing programme and thorough quality control checks to ensure they're completely stable before shipment.
