If an item you have ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, you should receive an automated stock alert email.
Our stock alert emails are aimed at keeping our customers as up to date as possible regarding the despatch of their orders. If you have received such an email then you may wish to amend your order either by replacing or removing the out of stock item. This can be done by contacting our customer service team who will be happy to help.
If the alert says the item is temporarily out of stock, you can simply wait for the item to come into stock.
If we have sent an alert about an item that is no longer available then your order will not be shipped until we receive instructions from you regarding the item in question.
