I have received a damaged item

If your parcel is visibly damaged from the outside, please do not accept delivery, and open a support ticket or call 01274 471206 with your order number and a description of the problem. We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

If you open the parcel and the goods are damaged, please open a support ticket or call 01274 471206 within 72 hours of receiving the goods. Please take photographs to send to us. Please see our returns policy for more help.

It is important that you keep the item and all the packaging that the item came in, as this may be required to claim from Royal Mail or the courier.
