If you open the parcel and the goods are damaged, please send us a support ticket below, or call on 0330 390 4173, within 72 hours of receiving the goods. Please take photographs to send to us. Please see our Returns Policy for more help.
It is important that you keep the item and all the packaging that the item came in, as this may be required to claim from Royal Mail or the courier.
