No, that motherboard doesn't support TPM.

Q: my motherboard is asus and has the tpm socket but the blanked pin is not int the same place, will it still work?

No, please email us details of which motherboard specifically you have and we'll see if we can find a compatible product, but again, you probably don't need this and can instead just Enable Intel PTT instead for fTPM

Yes, but you don't need it, just Enable Intel PTT in the UEFI BIOS for fTPM
