If you'd prefer to return the item for repair instead, you can still do that too.
After purchasing, we'll email you within 30 days to register your CCL PC warranty with MendIT, our expert service provider. The warranty begins after the first 30 day returns period has passed.
If you have a fault with your PC, you can contact MendIT for support, and an engineer will diagnose the problem with you remotely.
If the problem cannot be solved remotely, a repair at your home will be scheduled on the next possible date - usually within 5 working days.
The engineer will bring any required components and repair your system on the planned date.
Of course! Our on-site warranty is an extra service we offer, so you still have all the standard warranty return options you'd expect. If you'd rather send the item back to us for a repair rather than have someone come to you, you can do that, and your 3-year coverage will still be valid.

During the first 30 days after purchase, your MendIT warranty is not yet active - during this period support is provided directly by the CCL support team. This means if an item arrives faulty it may need to be returned, as it will not be possible to dispatch an engineer prior to the warranty period beginning.
