“While Grand Theft Auto's minimum specs are quite low, for a smooth high-settings experience I'd recommend at least a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card or stronger. It will ensure Grand Theft Auto V runs flawlessly and gives you the power to handle more graphically intensive games as well over just relying on an integrated GPU.”

“GTA V doesn't need a particularly powerful processor, so I'd recommend going for something like the Intel Core i5-12400F or the Ryzen 5 5500. If you pair that with a resonable graphics card you'll easily get 120+ FPS in GTA V.”

“You can actually play GTA V using a processor with built-in graphics, like a Ryzen 5 4600G or Ryzen 7 5700G. You'll get reasonable performance at 1080p, and that means you can spend under £550. You won't be able to play much newer games (remember, GTA V came out in 2015!) with this setup, so I'd recommend going up to around £700 to £800. You'll be able to get a decent processor and a RTX 4060 or RX 7600, which will easily handle GTA and give you specs good enough to handle newer games too!”
