Absolutely! We have a "Call and Collect" service whereby you can place your order over the telephone with our sales team and then collect when the order is ready. This service is also available online as "Click and Collect". Simply go through the usual checkout process but select "collect from trade counter" from the delivery options. Providing all of the items you have ordered are in stock, you can arrange to collect it any time after 1 hour. If you provide us with a mobile telephone number then we will also send you an SMS text message when your order has been picked. When you place an order for collection, either by phone or online, you will be asked for credit or debit card details. This is simply to reserve stock for your order. Online, we take a 10% deposit against your order, the remainder of the payment is taken on collection. When you collect your goods you can choose to pay by cash or card The cut-off time for collection orders to be placed for same-day collection is 17:30.
*Please Note: Most in-stock items are in our warehouse and can be collected the same day (these are labelled 'Pickup Now'), but occasionally some items are shipped direct from our suppliers. If so, we show our suppliers' available stock which can be shipped same day for next day delivery. If you wish to collect one of these items then please allow a day or two for the stock to be shipped to us and for us to book it into our warehouse.
