Can I place an order for collection?

Absolutely! We have a "Click & Collect" service whereby you can place your order online and then collect when the order is ready. Simply go through the usual checkout process but select "Collect from Bradford" from the delivery options.

Providing all of the items you have ordered are in stock, you will receive a confirmation email for the order. Then, once your order is ready to collect, you'll receive a second email confirming it is ready with instructions on reaching our location. If you provide us with a mobile telephone number then we will also send you an SMS text message when your order is ready.

The cut-off time for collection orders to be placed for same-day collection is 15:00.

*Please Note: Most in-stock items are in our warehouse and can be collected the same day (these are labelled 'Click & Collect Today'), but occasionally some items are shipped direct from our suppliers.  If so, we show our suppliers' available stock which can be shipped same day for next day delivery.  If you wish to collect one of these items then please allow a day or two for the stock to be shipped to us and for us to book it into our warehouse.
