Fantastic storage for the price, definitely the best Hard drive brand. On a tight budget this HDD is absolutely fantastic at delivering a ton of storage at a good speed too. To add this hard drive is significantly quieter than other ones I've used. Definitely recommend this product.

I didn't need an HDD with a large amount of space and this affordable 1TB WD Blue is still based on CMR technology (instead of the less reliable SMR).

Brought for my games, runs and loads them without issues.

Wasn't looking to upgrade to a SSD, so this hard drive worked for me.

WD 1TB Hard Drive. Where possible I only buy these H/Drives because of the 7200RPM speed and you can control 1TB for documents and photos. When using a larger TB, you need more memory to find what you're looking for. Partition Drives C: 150GB and D: 870GB+ you loose a bit of space. C:150Gb for Operating system, win 7/10 whatever. IF C: Drive Crashes you can re-insall the operating system and All your documents and photos are Still on D:Drive. Can't tell you how many times i've reloaded windows 10 pro, keeps larking about, so ustable. Still using Windows 7 Pro, also Win XP, these Hard Drives load-up no problem, use them as Slave H/D back-ups.

Have always been reliable - but I hope they expand the in-store counter rather than make it smaller - once the corona-virus situation eases. I like to speak with people - otherwise I might as well order from Amazon (which is a terrible company)

Building a new pc and needed some hard drives to save photos videos documents and other important stuff for the bucket list and as I have had WD drives before and they have never let me down without some sort of warning at the price I couldn't resist so I bought 2 1TB and haven't looked back, plus you do get a few extras to download for free to monitor drives and help with backup of data ect.

A lot quicker than I expected, write speed of over 20mb p/sec. Great service, price and delivery from CCL as per usual, one of my primary go to online shops. 1st class.

Works as should, average transfer speed for fresh out of the box was 30mb/s. Time will tell if this keeps up but I am expecting the normal WD reliability.

Recent purchase as spares and not yet tested. Previous ones have performed well and very satisfactory. CCL customer service very fast and reliable.

With a young son who has Fortnite saves hogging all the hard drive capacity, I thought that I should add another drive to the home pc. The Wd Blue 1Tb purchased from CCL gave me plenty of extra capacity for a keen price.

I Got this drive to give my desktop a performance and storage boost when i combine it with an SSD to maximise speed of data access and a WD Blue drive for up to 1 TB of additional capacity.

Not much to say it is a very solid 1TB hard drive does what it says on the tin

order was received and found be faulty, my problem is you sent refund for the hdd and not the postage as well, when you should have replaced the hdd as your returns policy states, i am 8.99 missing of my money and no hard drive.

Collected after ordering online, in and out in minutes. Easy to fit as a replacement drive, no problems since fitting.

Does the job admirably, using the drive to store Photos and CD's. I have found that some CD's that I have used to archive photos on are failing after ten years so I am concerned in how I can store photos and the like. I have found that Western Digital drives will last ten years in daily use but what if I put the drive in a safe for instance will the data last twenty years. I want to have photos that will be available to later generations.
