As far as I can tell its working fine (I dont have the test equipment to do exhaustive testing) and it was dispatched quickly. Shame about the delivery by dpd, apparently Your parcel was refused, as the contact name was not recognised means we couldnt read the house name outside your home so we tried to deliver it somewhere else, that was Saturday. I phoned and was told delivery would be Sunday or Monday. Nothing Sunday or Monday so phoned again and they delivered Tuesday with wording on their app which made it look like I wanted the delivery delayed. If I could rate the delivery it would be zero stars.

Very good product and works well just a bit flimsy when plugging items in

A very nice compact unit easy to install having standard Three 3 pin UK plug sockets. The software is very comprehensive but overwhelming at first and not really for the uninitiated. However, once installed it just works fine without any further changes. I like to configure various settings including messaging which the software provides in spades. I prefer email notifications but the options are there if desired. A real plus for some is the ability to shutdown remote computers not connected to the UPS data link too. However, mine is for 24/7 protection of a NAS which unfortunately does not have the equivalent software. So, I have a USB switch to change between NAS and PC for configuration purposes. Great unit and very pleased including the price and delivery received from CCL.

Great little UPS, silent which was imperative for my requirements. I've not used it in anger yet since implementing, but testing by flicking the power off seems to be fine.
