I purchased this as I have an SFF build and wanted better temperatures but still with great performance. It absolutely doesnt disappoint! Hits the boost clock and remains around 71 degrees on single or all core workloads and games.

When the prices stabilise and these end up being a reasonable amount less than the X variants (or just for those looking for an easier to cool option) this is an impressive chip. Having come from an 9900K clocked at 5GHz this leaves it for dust at stock settings. Hit up the PBO and some 6000 RAM make this perform on the level of the X and leave many previous gen top tier chips looking a little under powered.
