This PSU can deliver only 480W on its 12V rail (i.e. it is not really a 600W PSU). As it does not have an 80+ rating, is very inefficient, so should only be used at up to half of its rated capacity to ensure that you get acceptable efficiency out of it (which will probably be around 70%, compared to 85% on an 80+ Bronze PSU). It would probably be fine for a few years if your total system power usage is below 240W (e.g. if you're using a CPU which is limited to 120W or lower), but is definitely not ideal, even in that situation. It would be advisable to spend a bit more to get a PSU with an 80+ rating from a reputable brand (a 450-500W Bronze PSU from corsair or EVGA would be good options): your PC will run cooler, will use less electricity, and will be more reliable long-term.

Cheap and cheerful with enough connections for a modern pc and for under 20 will do if you cant afford to buy a 80+ psu

Perfect for a generic build. If you aren't after anything specific and the wallet is blowing cobwebs, this is the ideal solution.

Had to return this as the 3-pin mains input socket is of very poor quality. It would only power up if you held the plug in place.
