I was going to buy the samsung 970 pro ssd but came across this one I must say there isn't much difference in the speed of the ssd. I have no problems with the quality of this ssd and the speed difference is minimal compared to the samsung ssd would recommend.

Excellent value! I wanted an NVME M.2 drive for a new gaming PC. There are quite a few drives on the market and prices are dropping. However, this drive was a very good price and has some of the highest read/write speeds that I found. I have not been disappointed since installing it and my PC boots to a log on prompt in about 5 seconds. The drive comes with a stick on heat sink. Whilst Im not convinced this is totally necessary it does look a lot better than the usual 'circuit board' type drive through my windowed case. Would happily buy again.

I put this into an i7 desktop with 16Gb ram and the M2 socket on the gigabyte motherboard and it's no faster than the Samsung 2.5" SSD it had in before even though it's supposed to be 6 times faster. I am sure under the right conditions it will be but I don't have them. I am disappointed.
