I've not had a new PC in 10 years, and since my first PC in 1992 I've not had anyone else build my PC's bar me, so this was a new thing for me. Well all I can say is I'm very impressed, the case was tidy with attention to cable management and aesthetic, all the 'spares' from the components were shipped so if I decide to make changes in the future I have the parts I may need. The unit was well packed when shipped, externally but also internally to prevent internal components moving whilst in transit. I knew I was in good hands with CCL as I've used them for components since the micromart page 23 days and I wasn't wrong. Absolutely recommend them!

Perfect! Runs a lot faster than my old pc and also im able to hit 6mbps download speed where i only got 2 on my old one (i have bad wifi) the one complaint is that the back panel where some of the usb ports are the panel Wasnt aligned correctly so i had try and get a usb into the port to make it easier to plug the others in.

The PC when it finally arrived works as well as can be expected no problems setting up at all.The only problem we had is it did not arrive on day we was told it would and Customer support was really difficult to get in touch.When we finally got through on phone Agent was great and sorted problem out and received PC a couple of days later

Ordered a custom PC, arrived 4 day later than the delivery estimate (2 weeks). Tried to contact them before to find out what was happening to my order (order status hadn't changed for about 10 days). No reply to emails - tried phoning, just get a message say 'all their agents are busy' and then hangs up. When it arrived I had a problem with it - could I get hold of anyone to help? Nope. Three weeks later I got a reply to the problem I'd had with the PC (by then I'd fixed the issue my self). They have appalling customer service. Such a shame - I've used them for over 10 years. Now they just don't seem to care. They take your money and run. Save your self the hassle and buy from somewhere else, I for one will never use them again. AVOID.

The pc works amazing no lag with fast download and with the WiFi built in you don't need to worry about setting up a long cable to it. The graphics are nice and sharp truly great value for money.

When i was looking for a pc, I found that the Horizon build was a good value for money. When it arrived it was an easy set up and alongside that, I have had no complaints. My components stay nice and cool when under load and having a Nvidia 30 series graphics card helps me to play the games I love at the frames I like.
