Storage

Our systems come fitted with SSD technology giving you incredible performance and responsiveness from your system.

Hard drives are also available to give you expanded storage and, whilst most systems no longer need them, DVD or Blu-Ray drives are also available on select systems.

The Intel SSD 670p is a four-lane PCI Express 3.0 drive that comes with an updated PCIe 3.0 x4 controller and the company's new 144-Layer QLC flash, offering up efficient and performant storage in a slim-yet-spacious M.2 package. It also comes with AES 256-bit hardware encryption support, making it a secure pick for those with sensitive data.

Warranty

If you're on mainland UK, your system is covered and protected by a three year warranty with MendIT®, a leading UK IT repair centre. MendIT® only employ fully trained and accredited engineers - this means every repair is undertaken with the greatest of care and efficiency. MendIT® pride themselves on making things as good as new... just for you.

This system is covered by a three year MendIT® Onsite warranty which protects you against electrical/component failure.

In the event your system fails due to a hardware error, in the first 30 days, your system is covered by a standard Collect & Return service. After the first 30 days, a fully qualified MendIT® engineer will be dispatched to your location on the next business day* to repair your device onsite... hassle free!

If for any reason the MendIT® technicians are unable to repair your device under the warranty agreement (i.e. parts aren't available or the cost to repair is greater than the value of the device when new) you will receive a brand new replacement to the equivalent specification.

*subject to parts availability. UK only warranty for UK mainland addresses. NI excluded. On-site warranty begins 30 days after invoice - the first 30 days are Collect & Return only!

Operating System

CCL provide our systems with or without an Operating System - it's your choice! On adding a system to your basket, you can choose a version of Windows or no OS at all.

If you choose to have Windows 10 installed, this system is eligible for a free upgrade to Windows 11 when available!*

* The Windows 11 upgrade will be delivered to qualifying devices late 2021 into 2022. Timing varies by device. Certain features require specific hardware (see aka.ms/windows11-spec).
