The Go6 PC case was conceived by a team of computer engineers who were also avid Go players. They saw parallels between the strategic depth of Go and the intricacies of computer design. The ancient game of Go, with its simple rules yet profound complexity, inspired them to create a PC case that embodies both technological advancement and timeless strategy.
The front panel's metal grid is a functional homage to the Go board. Each intersection in the grid represents the potential for connectivity and flow, much like the stones on a Go board represent the possibilities in the game. The designers envisioned users placing their components with the same careful consideration a Go player uses when placing stones.
