Cracking piece of kit. It's a shame Intel don't see it fit to make desktop versions of their WiFi cards, I guess most desktop's just get connected up via Ethernet. But I'm glad Gigabyte have stepped in to bring to market a much needed quality product. USB WiFi adapters are just so hit and miss, the market is flooded with cheap unreliable sticks. Not what you want when your reputation depends on shipping quality products. This hits the mark perfectly. And as an added bonus it includes Bluetooth 5.0 as well. Top marks Gigabyte. Well done. Addendum: Make sure your motherboard has a spare internal USB2.0 header if you need the Bluetooth functionality this card provides. Hopefully Gigabyte can make a future version that doesn't need a separate USB2.0 connection for the BlueTooth.

Product good but I had to put a slightly different bend on the bracket in order for it to fit in the PCie slot.

Used this to replace an older unit that could only achieve 16 mbps with virgins 100 mbps package, easy to fit, fast (102 mbps in the next room) and great next day delivery.

Excellent accessory to bring WiFi and Bluetooth to your desktop. Best bit-- Bluetooth version 5 which is longer in range and more stable.

Very simple to install. I would recommend installing the drivers supplied as on my computer plug and play didn't work. The only slightly difficult issue was connecting the usb lead to the motherboard. My motherboard manual instructions were clear but this could be an issue for some users. Once fully installed worked perfectly. Have been using for a month with no issues experienced.

Ace product

Easy to fit and has an optional USB slot that you can use. Im not fully happy with the connection speed I get from it. I have a laptop and mobile phones that connect to my router at faster WiFi speeds than I can get from this card. I get 210mbs from a laptop in the same room compared to 140mbs from this card at a range from the router of about 3m.

Works great, fast wifi automatically recognised by win10. Didnt have any need to install drivers. Nice magnetic antenna, conveniently sticks on back of case without damage.

Does the job but doesnt have the largest range

Verry good product. When i fited i didnt expected to get a higher speed that my old card but i was really surprised. Even 10m away from the router got a descent speed and signal.

this was up and running really fast. wifi was a good strength and all worked out just fine.

Used a tp-link t9e ac1900 card for about 3 years, started getting loads of problems with it. Found out its was not win10 fully compatible, getting 1-2 bars at 50mbps (should be 200) Put this card in didn't even have to download drivers and it worked full signal and 210mbps. Also has Bluetooth with 2 devices. Works with my ds4 controller. It is intel based so all driver download from Windows update or Intel support site. Also has a movable magnetic antenna. It's fantastic.

Well it works

Most people wanting bluetooth on their desktop would probably buy a USB dongle. MOst people wanting network access would probably use the onboard ethernet port or again use a USB adapter. But this PCI-E card is fantastic because it offers three functions in a single card: 1) WiFi 2) Bluetooth 3) An internal USB slot Why would an internal USB slot be useful? Well you could add a USB memory stick with a boot OS and keep it inside the computer (admittedly quite a niche use). Or you could add something like a Logitech unifying adapter for their mice and keyboards. It would of course be possible to add it outside the case. But the great thing about this device is that all of these can be added with a single card inside the computer out of sight. Lastly... and this is important to many of us, it works seamlessly on Linux.

It does work with linux. Use upgraded kernel and firmware. The versions shipped with Debian Stretch are too old.

Does what it needs to do, and does it very well

Great. Provides completely reliable wireless connection; unlike the usb adaptor it has replaced. I haven't tried the Bluetooth yet, but it is showing up on the computer so I suspect it is working fine. Please be aware that you do have to install the drivers for it to work. I love the option to take out the m2 card for use on mini itx boards, or any m2 socket you choose. So, very recommended.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is to use the bluetooth you need to use the front usb header on the motherboard - and most motherboards only have one. So its a choice between bluetooth or front USB 2.0 until I can get and adaptor for the front USB header... Other than that it works well with Windows 10 and appears to be a stable wifi connection with really good speed

Followed the instructions, but never got it working because it lacks driver software for Ubuntu/Linux! Wasted money, I'd recommend to look elsewhere.

Ordered this item from Ccl as it was by far the cheapest retailer with an awesome customer service history. This was purchased to enable me to use an m.2 killer wireless nic in my desktop machine (although the supplied Intel wireless nic is pretty awesome) There are other less well known brands which offer m.2 to pcie but none which could match gigabytes reputation teamed with an Intel wireless nic and also a single aerial which is cabled (most are chubby aerials which screw direct onto the card) Install was a breeze even though I did swap out the supplied m.2 card supplied (which was the matter of removing a screw and unclipping the small aerial connectors) all I then needed to do was plug in the supplied USB cable (for the Bluetooth function of the wireless nic to work) and then install the drivers. Up and running in no time at all at an amazing price. Throughly recommended product (a friend has already purchased one off the back of my recommendation)

NO SUPPORT for Windows 7 !!!!! its based on Intel chip and drivers are not available fror win 7 - no info on the box !!
