Well to start off the packaging it came in was a Bargain and for gaming its great budget pc, playing texas chainsaw massacre its a great Gaming chipset the temps are great if you get a Aio but beware if your doing any video editing and stuff get a aftermarket cooler as the noise with the Og cooler is just not great.

For the price I don't think its possible to find a better mid-range gaming CPU, performs superbly at a price that is very easy on the pocket. I use this mostly for gaming and some other pc tasks and it's never let me down. Runs cool with the stock fan too.

Wonderful performance, great vfm, pretty terrible cooler. A massive upgrade (naturally lol) from my previous CPU, a ten year old i7 3770k. Didn't change GPU, seeing a 20fps boost to my low end and 10fps average in AC Valhalla. The stock cooler isn't worth installing though. Very loud, spins up a lot, which to me seems like it's barely adequate. I had hoped AMD's Wraith would make Intel respond with better, but no. However it's essentially a free cooler so I'm not complaining.
