  Each thermal pad improves overall heat transfer from the system by bridging the heat generated by the power stages to the heatsink.

• 3D VC M.2 Heatsink

  The 3D vapor chamber M.2 heatsink offers a larger heat dissipation area, connected to extended heat pipes through a temperature equalization plate to form a vacuum chamber, significantly improving cooling for PCIe 5.0 M.2 SSDs.

• Chipset heatsink

  A dedicated heatsink draws heat away from the chipset to maintain optimum operating temperature.

• M.2 heatsinks and backplates
