Any 450W+ supply with a 6-pin connector should do the job nicely. Our Choice supply, PSU0505, would be more than suitable. -Danlevan

Q: will this card run properly in a PCI-e 2.0 x16 slot? as it is a PCI-e 3.0 card or will i first need to upgrade my board?

PCI-Express is backwards compatible, so this card should work just fine in a PCI-E 2.0 slot. -Danlevan
