Just a quick note to say thank you for the service you provide and to give you some feedback on your company. Your technical support team is always brilliant but on this occassion I thought I would tell you so. I had a problem with the audio on my computer and Dave took the call. The man was courteous, efficient and unbeliveably helpful. The problem took a while to sort out and at the successful conclusion I thanked him for his help and mentioned the office had gone quiet. He then told me that was because everyone had gone........ because the office had closed 15 minutes ago. I hadn't realised and Dave certainly didn't mention or intimate the time. Steve has done the same thing too in the past. That really is dedication to customer satisfaction. I always recommend your company to friends, colleagues and on boards. Credit where it's due. I've just ordered a laptop from your company (order number above) and wanted to say thank you for the efficient way in which my order was handled. Prior to ordering, I emailed your sales team with a query on the specifications of the laptop and received a reply within 20 minutes. Similarly, after placing my order I emailed through a query about delivery and received a reply almost straight away. I also found the various delivery options available to chose from extremely useful as I am out at work some days during the week, so was grateful to be able to tailor the delivery to suit me. I chose the 1 hour slot, next day delivery and was impressed to receive a text message on the morning informing me of my delivery slot and sure enough, the laptop was delivered during that one hour slot. I certainly feel that I received excellent customer service from pre-order through to taking delivery so thank you very much.

I must say it was the best service I have ever experienced. I ordered it mid-morning on line on the Tuesday – received an e-mail on Wednesday giving me a 1-hour slot for delivery on the Wednesday afternoon (I’ve never had that before!) – and it was delivered exactly in the middle of that period! I came to collect this PC after reserving it and as soon as I got home I set it up and started playing games. This PC is ideal for all non-hardcore gamers. If you are looking for a low-level gaming system this isn't for you the same for a hardcore gaming system but this PC is a great system handling the most recent games on the best graphical settings, you don't need a PC better than this, if you decide to get one it's just overkill. I would recommend this PC to anyone!

I had two windows up – Ebuyer and yours – planning on buying a stick of memory. I normally use Ebuyer for all my computer junk, but you were a good deal cheaper, so I went for you... and while still finishing my cup of coffee (and looking at Ebuyer pages... shame, blush), received an “order despatched” email. That’s under 20 minutes! I don’t actually imagine some chap has wandered out to the nearest post box, envelope in hand and licking stamps as he goes, but I’m seriously impressed with that speed. Looks like I’d have had to add another £7 to the Ebuyer price for next day delivery, making them nearly £11 more on an £18 order.
I’ll finish my cuppa looking up all the bits on my Ebuyer “Wish List”, and seeing how much else I should buy from you!

I bought a Motherboard bundle from CCL in 2008. It stopped working last week. I was told that it was still under warranty and would be replaced. It was replaced, but due to my lack of pc knowledge I had several problems it getting it to work. I then had to contact CCL by phone and in person (last Saturday morning) to resolve my problems and I must congratulate your telephone support (Luke) and the two guys on the tech desk (sorry dont know their names) on Saturday morning for their help and patience.
