Icestorm 2.0

Offering a cooling system that allows you to push your GPU to the limit, Icestorm 2.0 is refined in every aspect keeping your GPU at a high level of performance in the most graphically demanding PC games. Three mounted 110mm large fans that feature wide curved blades that have twice the blade size of previous generations. Designed to maximise air flow and air pressure each curvature and tripe on the blade is methodically designed. With a significantly increased fan height that ensures optimal airflow, the deeeper fan shroud design helps generate a more focused airstream intake allowing each fan rotation to push more cool air down and keep it on the heat spreader longer giving improved temperatures. With its ample designed ventilation paths, the airflow can manoeuvre and exhaust from all sides reducing trapped heat and giving a 360-degree pass-through.

More Powerful Heatsink

Occupying the large 3.5-slot footprint is a massive aluminium fin stack ready for the most intense thermal challenges you can throw at it, being up to 30% thicker than the last generation of the heatsink.

Optimised Distribution

Extracting more heat to disperse along the full length of the heatsink, the nine precision-machined copper heat pipes are shifted into a vertical layout for increased surface contact with the GPU for optimised distribution.

Composite Heatpipes

Making each heat pipe more efficient at transferring heat, they are made of composite layers consisting of a thicker envelope and a grooves wick with multi-channel working fluids.

Maximum Extraction

One of the best heat spreading options available, a custom vapour chamber is hovering over the base of the heatsink. The Nickel-plated copper plate gives a boost in cooling performance by more evenly spreading the heat across the entire surface area.

 

Calming The Storm

Reducing turbulence and minimising noise with a smoother airflow thanks to a counter-rotating centre fan, whilst further noise refinement comes with the assistance of mounted anti-vibration pads. With a solid die-cast metal backplate, overall rigidity gives further enhancement to the rear retention bracket mounted on AMP Extreme AIRO models. With more power phases allowing for a more efficient distribution of power, the AMP Extreme AIRO graphics card spreads the load between 24+4 power phases, this results in more power stability, increased resilience and improved temperatures. Experience less friction with a dual ball bearing design that reduces all friction and further prolongs fan lifespan.

With its dedicated lighting system, the Zotac GeForce RTX 4070 uses Spectra 2.0, enabling vibrant LED light colours and unique animated options powered by Addressable RGB LEDs. Its dual-zone RGB lighting allows for you to customise different modes and colours for the 2 lighting zones individually or synchronise the entire graphics card lighting. Enhanced by an iridescent and translucent finish that allows lighting paths to shine through.
