Got my new case, Ooo! Lovely! Spent most of an entier day putting a new build in to it and installing a stable operating system, and as a last act of completion....peeled of the glass panel protectotrs to find the front one was "majorlly" scuffed & scratched...few cat hair scratches on the the side panel to, but let's not go there.
Contacted CCL to "explain"...got an automated response to say a "Ticket" (#166703) had been "created". Haven't heard anything for over two weeks?
The fan controller was also faulty, but I RMA'd that direct to the manufacturer.
Bottom line: If everything works fine CCL are great. If it doesn't...well, don't expect any help, or even corespondance.
