I got this to replace a 32" 4K monitor. That was fantastic quality but at ~150dpi I had to run Windows at 125% in order to see the standard 9-point text, which negated the whole point of having a 4K monitor. This one is 100dpi, the same as most 1600x1200 20" monitors.
This monitor is by no means perfect. The screen is matte but still quite reflective, couple with IPS so black bits aren't that black. off the center of the screen white text tends to have coloured edges, particularly very small white-on-black text. No amount of fiddling with Cleartype sorts it out properly. The placement of the signal inputs at the back is terrible if you ever want to plug something new in, and the manual controls down the side at the back are... well, the remote control isn't just for show.
But none of that really matters because overall it is fab. The best recommendation for this is that if I broke it tomorrow I'd be down CCL buying another one before supper.
