Do you have you a question about the Dynamode USB-PS/2 USB to PS/2 Keyboard and Mouse Converter?

Q: I need a convertor (not an adapter!) in order to use a PS/2 keyboard & mouse, with a PC that only has USB ports. Does this product contain circuity that ensures it will work with a modern PC? Thank you, Colin
Post Answer
Q: I bought one of these adaptors from you, and have tried it on several computers without any success. One (Vista) PC saw the device but said it was malfunctioning and the others (XP and W7) did not seem to notice at all when I plugged it into a USB port. Is there some trick (or perhaps some special driver software) to using this adaptor or is mine simply broken?

It's possible that the adapter is faulty. If you contact our customer service department on 01274 471206 we will be able to issue you with a replacement. -AdamL
