Q: i plan to get amd fx 6300, i have asus m5a97 le r2 mobo, 12 gb ram, 500g hdd wd blue, sandisk pulse 256gb ssd, blu ray drive, six fans, antec 300 two all black interior revised case can this handle simple specs above? i dont game as i have asus hd 6670 card. thanks

Q: Would this PSU be suitable for two 9800 GX2 in an AMD 6 core system

I believe the 9800 cards require 2x 6-Pin PCI-E connection each, so this power supply would not be sufficient. I would suggest the Antec 850W as a minimum, which can be found on code PSU3055.
