Clearance Printers

Note that the printers that appear in our clearance section are models that are either end of line, and being discontinued by the manufacturer, or have been returned to us by customers who have purchased them in error.

All printers which have been returned are thoroughly assessed and tested before being ‘graded’. The grading system is as follows:

• A Grade - printers with this grade are new and unused, although the box may have been unsealed and opened. All A Grade printers are complete, working and have been fully tested.
• B Grade - printers with this grade are in good condition, but may show light signs of use and/or have been repackaged. Their pricing reflects this condition. All B Grade printers are complete, working and have been fully tested. 
• C Grade - printers with this grade may have missing accessories or show signs of cosmetic wear. Check each product description for specific details. All C Grade printers are working and have been fully tested. 

Every effort has been made to ensure that the returned printers are supplied with their original accessories, manuals and other items. However, some packages may not be 100% complete. Nevertheless we are confident you will receive the essentials. 

Some returned printers may have some slight defects. Where they do, you can be assured these are minor, and are not regarded as faulty by the manufacturer. 

If we are aware of a defect that might deter from the function of the printer, we will mention it!
