An excellent motherboard. This can, I believe, handle any 10th gen intel CPU, even an overclocked 10900K, although it can run a little hot with this CPU if used for extended workstation workloads (like rendering) or if you're into heavy overclocking. If either of these are your intended uses, you may want to step up to something like the Z490 Tomahawk, or Z490 Gaming Edge Wifi.
It also have some good features, like a USB type C port on the back, and an internal connector too. It also has a heat shield for the first M.2 slot, and a good audio codec. It does not include any built-in wifi, so you'll have to plug directly into the 2.5Gb ethernet slot on the back, or add your own wifi card or dongle. The board has plenty of PCIe slots for a wifi card though.
All in all, a great board, even for one of the locked CPUs like the 10400, as a Z-board allows you to run higher speed memory, which helps to make full use of the CPU's power.
