I normally use Corsair PSU's, but this caught my eye as it looked good in the photos, and is supported by a convincing Cougar website narrative which shows it easily reaches Bronze certification. In the flesh, the PSU feels much more expensive than the 38 paid at CCL, and fits like a glove. I don't think it has a no rpm fan at low temps, as the fan seemed to be running all the time. However, I could not hear it over the CPU fan. My computer has not missed a beat in 4 months, so based on the quality feel of the unit, and performance, I would recommend this PSU.
