Have used this as the main drive in a new build. Its quick, but the PCI 4 interface premium (30% extra) over its 510 sibling probably isn't worth it. If you've got the latest X570 board and money to burn, go for it. Otherwise save your pennies and still get a very quick drive in the 510.
