I givs CCL moneyz. They gives me this. It's a motherboard. I connect things into it and it shines pretty lights and makes my pc pieces and stuffs do their thingies. It has a distinct lack of usb ports for a full atx motherboard... The thermal slug...ekhm... thermal pad that for some reason is situated above my nvme ssd(ha, threw half that thing in the garbage where it belongs...) was cooling the controller which is nice, and cool. nyeh nyeh, pun intended. but it was also touching the actual memory chip which wears down less when hot so... thermal pad bad! I would cut off anything that isn't touching the ssd's controller off and do what I did- Begone that THOT(THermal ObfuscaTion) into a landfill or somewhere where they can be disposed of safely and environmentally friendly if yr that sensitive to toxicity... Memory overclocking on this motherboard is nice, at least a noob like me thinks so. Idk why it has so much vrms but there you go, might outlast my cpu at the temps it's reporting to be running at with, those nice caps... Pcie slots are designed to allow for running multiple 3 slot devices which is quite considerate. (Imagine being able to afford 2 top of the line 3 slot gpus when they go for 5x msrp price...) The little plastic piece of doo doo which the mobo wants you to use in order to connect all of the front io switches into before connecting the whole assembly to the mobo slot was so bad I've given up after 5 minutes of trying to squeeze these tiny cables into it (why was I born with sausage hands ma?! why? I'm skinny and these sausages are so THICC?!?) and just did it like a normal human being... by plugging the cables in without it... The ram slots are "reinforced"... Idk why. Someone their customer service dealt with in the past was smart enough to tear them out from a motherboard when servicing ram at home? Is that something that happened in real life? Dayum... man's be stronk not smert sometimes... It comes with a nice cup coaster. It even has a brand name, something something DVD? Idk why but it has a little hole in the middle. It has pretty debug lights, too bad they only light up when something in your system is messed up, oh well, can't have it all am I right? It even has additional voltage rails for you to attach your non existent pro hardcore gamer tag overclocking devices into. I like this motherboard, is it worth the price? Yes if you need everything this mobo has to offer and nothing less. You don't need 1 or two things? Well then buy something cheaper that doesn't have those things since you will be spending your money on nothing. I also liked how it smelled out of the box, I love the smell of chemicals in the morning. I hope my review has helped you in your shopping and you will be making a slightly more informed buyers choice now.

I bought this motherboard and a Ryzen R5 3600 for my first new PC build in many years. I decided to go a bit off budget and splash out extra for this motherboard so that I would have plenty of headroom to upgrade (CPU, GPU, Storage) in the future. The specs are fantastic and although I won't be making full use of it all straight away it gives me all the growing room I need for steady upgrades without having to worry about power requirements, speed etc. With PCIe 4.0 and 2 x M.2 SSD slots it's pretty future proof and should save me money in the long run. The service from CCL was excellent. It arrived the next day and communication was very good. I had it DPD delivered to a local pick up point / shop, which was cheaper and more convenient than to my door as I didn't have to wait in for it.

The price this was sold by CCL was incredibly competitive and it arrived quickly despite lockdown, Brexit and the multitude of Bank Holidays over the Christmas period. Build quality is excellent and the features on this board offer great value for money.

It is an amazing motherboard. Had no problem no problem with updating the bios. The q flash feature was very usufull. Worked flawlessly.

Excellent x570 motherboard. The PRO was perfect for price/features for me. Q-Flash Plus to update BIOS to 31o for x5800 CPU support worked well too, although Gigabytes instructions to use QF-Plus should be easier to find and actually in the manual. Nice BIOS, easy to understand. BIOS intelligent has come on a long way too, it auto detected my boot SSD on SATA 0 (from last Intel setup) and booted straight into Windows without me even entering BIOS! AMD PBO works well too but fluctuates a lot in frequency and vcore voltages in auto mode. Very satisfied overall.

I bought this motherboard along with a Ryzen 5800x and 32GB G.Skill Trident Z 3600MHz DDR4. The motherboard is very well engineered with a good solid build quality. I had to update the bios using the Q-Flash plus system from a USB stick, this worked flawlessly. The ram was detected under the XMP profile and works without issue at 3600Mhz. I installed Windows 10 and all relevant drivers from the Gigabyte website, again without issue. I'm using one of the new Gen 4 SSD and as a package its so fast load programs, Gigabyte even provided the tiny screws to keep the SSD in place. This is the first big upgrade I have done for several years, coming from an Ivy bridge i7-3770k the difference is remarkable, it is so much faster to boot into Windows, I can run Office Apps, a game and internet browser simultaneously now, my old system was starting to struggle with this. There are plenty of heat sinks all over the motherboard and the chipset fan is nice and quiet. There are loads of USB ports, certainly more than I will ever use. Overall I'm very impressed with the product and would highly recommend.

I love this motherboard, which I purchased to replace an old one. Very glad I went for a mid-range one, as everything in it, from the sturdiness of all components to the finish (not mentioning the high number of USB3 ports), is of high quality. I would definitely recommend it!

Raphael Millon

I purchased this motherboard to replace my old one that was no longer working (10 year-old). I love the fact that there are plenty of USB 3 ports in the back. The product is overall of a very high quality, from the sound quality to the components. Moreover, it doesn't generate a lot of heat, which is always nice. The fan on this motherboard is extremely quiet. Love it, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a mid-range motherboard!

September 2019

No problem with fitting it, my only complaint with this is: why can't I buy the wifi version in the UK?

August 2019

I originally was going to buy a b450 motherboard but this caught my eye and I have no regrets purchasing this. Lots of features especially the additional m.2 slot and extra fan headers as I prefer air cooling over water. Pairs well with my Ryzen 3700x. A little bit more expensive then I should of spent though.

August 2019

Gigabyte used superior materials and build quality for a first in type X570 board HAS A GREAT COMPOSISTION very reliable board when paired with a 7nm Ryzen cpu great support from AMD Microsoft and Gigabyte rgb support is a very nice touch.

Alex Eglington

August 2019

Pairs really well with my Ryzen 7 3700x, i chose this board over the elite because this one came with more fan headers as well as an extra m.2 slot. Zero issues with the chipset fan even though my gtx 1060 does sit over the top of the fan. Rear i/o has plenty of usb headers and even a type c which is great. Motherboard has plenty of power meaning it should handle the upcoming 3950x cpu. - This has been my first experience with building a pc and i'm very pleased with the results!

Daniel Hudson

August 2019

Excellent motherboard for Ryzen 3700x. Everything just worked perfectly out of the box, no issues at all so far and the on board fan is silent after updating to the latest bios. For those who use wired headphones and intend to use on board audio its worth paying that bit extra for the amplified headphone socket on this one over the lower tiered models.

Richard Casey

August 2019

This is my first Gigabyte Motherboard, the Bios U.I. is very user friendly and the board seems to have great overclocking features. Had issues with the out of the box Bios, but Gigabyte have great support and utilities so upgrading to latest Bios was simple.

Michael Jarvis

August 2019

Originally wasn't going to buy an X570 motherboard for my new 3700X but after much confusion with the current X470 and B450 options - shoddy BIOS updates - I decided to get the Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro for peace of mind. I do not regret it. Gigabyte did well this time to knock it out of the park. Their support is active on Reddit and BIOS updates have consistently improved the product.

Adam Clark

August 2019

I bought this card because I wanted decent power options without having to pay the higher prices of the more "top end" boards. Looks good and feels very solid when installing, I wasn't worried when putting in my graphics card like i was with my last motherboard. There are plenty of Bios options that I won't use just yet, but will love to play around when I've had the system for a while. Definitely feel like I've futureproofed provided the AM4 socket stays for a while. One thing to say about the Bios, it's slightly buggy in it's use. I've had the menu get stuck navigating left or right or have the mouse not work at all which was a little frustrating, especially on first use and setup. A Bios update has made this happen less frequently, but it hasn't gone completely. Since I use a sound card, it's nice to have the PCI-e x1 slots far enough away from the Graphics card. What's strange is that using the top GPU slot will cover the CMOS battery and M.2 Storage slots. GPU also covers the MOBO fan, which is an odd issue, but it doesn't seem to cause or have any heating issues. TL;DR: Board looks good and performs well day to day. Small gripes with the slightly buggy Bios however. Expensive, but on the cheaper side for the quality options in the x570 range.

Ashley Brown

August 2019

My Gigabyte X570 AORUS Pro features a sophisticated 14 phase VRM, and a classy refined aesthetic, latest X570 BIOS'es has an option to set a fan profile for the chipset fan: 'silent', 'balance' en 'performance mode'bit of a bonanza all around with ram prices dropping because you don't buy these mobos to run the CPU at stock. Still cant believe ive just bought AM4 and AMD after nearly 20 years of buying Asus an Intel. Everything worked out of the box just fine nice build quality and lots of pwm/rgb headers M2 as well.

Chris Yardley

July 2019

Once the 3000 series processors were announced I knew I wanted to make the switch, the only thing that worried me was going to be the pricing of these X570 motherboards. I was in two minds of whether I should pay that bit extra for a X570 motherboard or to buy the previous series X470 board. I decided on this Gigabyte motherboard as I could see the amount of improvements they had made compared to there previous X470 motherboards, also out of all the motherboard companies Gigabyte seemed to be the most interactive with customers through things such as Twitter and Reddit. The quality of the motherboard is great and I had no issues in building my system or when I first booted the PC. The only thing I have found is certain games believe that RGB Fusion is a cheat software and won't let me play the game unless I close RGB Fusion completely.

July 2019

I have used a X58 Gigabyte UD4P with an Intel I7 920 for the last 10 years. That board was solid and well featured, but parts of it had started to fail, so I was looking for something similar for my Ryzen 3700x. The Aorus x570 boards have seemingly been well received, due to their improved vrm design. I wanted something that would allow the Ryzen 3700x to run cool, and therefore, last. The board is solid - with very little flex - and the connections are well laid out along the edge of the board. I originally ordered an MSI Pro Carbon B450, but after the MSI bios upgrade troubles, I returned that and bought this. It booted first time, and also accepted the xmp memory profile change first time (ballistix sport LT 3200mhz BLS2K8G4D32AESBK). As a first time UEFI user, the screens are clear and I found it easy to navigate. The bios update was painless too. For anyone concerned about the chipset fan, it is audible and (at idle) is the hottest part of the board for me at 48 deg. The recent bios allows for a fan profile change, so I have changed it to silent - the buzz it makes is noticeable when the computer boots. I am using a Noctua NH-U12P SE2 for the CPU. There is plenty of space for the cooler and the 3700x Idles at 34 deg (ish). I like the board, but I do think that it is overpriced - as all of the x570 boards are.

July 2019

An incredible Motherboard! Easy to use BioS for overclocking too! Its a must get!

July 2019

I have upgraded from the GA-EX58-UD4P (x58) to this. That board lasted me 10+years and is still working. I picked Gigabyte again this time due to their solid vrm design. I wanted the wifi version of the x570 pro, but nobody in the UK seems to have it. The board itself is solid, has very little flex and the connectors are well placed along the edge of the board. I am not using M.2 at the moment, as I have little use for them, but they are well placed. I also like the type c on both front and rear - again, a nice future feature for me. I originally bought a MSI B450 pro carbon to go with my 3700x, but after reading about the bios problems, I decided to return that and just pay for x570. I don't plan on overclocking - the ryzen platform seems to be maxed out anyway - but I wanted the decent vrm so that it ran cool and lasted. For anyone wondering about the PCH fan: yes I can hear it, but the latest bios allows you to alter the fan curve. Another thing is that its shroud is partially covered by the GPU. Is the board good value? Well, it just worked out of the box and is well made, but I think its on the expensive side.
