The product description for the Kolink KLA-002 case seems to be wrong in some important respects:
1 The case has one external 5.25" drive bay, not two. There is a two-bay drive cradle at the top of the case but a) the top front panel section doesn't seem to be removable and b) the cradle can't even be used for a hard drive as all the top panel cables exit via the bay. (And this being a slimline case they can't be routed alongside the bay.)
2 The case has two usable spaces for internal 3.5" drives not three if you are using HDDs. There is a two-bay drive cradle at the base of the case and a pair of holes marked HDD at the bottom of the case, presumably so you can mount a drive on its side. The latter position can't be used however. For some reason the top drive in the two-bay cradle mounts further back than the lower drive. Just enough to foul a hard drive you try to mount in the vertical drive position. Grrr.
I bought the case to rehouse an old full tower PC that needed to fit into a tighter position. The problems above meant one optical drive and one hard drive had nowhere to go. I may get inventive and find a way of fixing the extra hard drive in position.
A few additional comments:
I haven't used any of the 2.5" drive fixing positions so can't comment on any issues with them.
Only a few of the PCB pillars were in place, presumably enough for a small PCB but a full set were supplied and they were easy enough to screw into position.
Both side panels come off, making it easy to put screws in both sides of the drives.
The front panel is plastic and easy to mark.
The area of case behind the front panel consists of s a large area of plastic 'chickenwire', which is great for air flow but not for screening. (I don't like my PCs spraying radio interference around via plastic panels, so may do something about this.)
The case & drive bays are made of lightweight material which can bend if you aren't careful. Personally I wanted a lightweight case, so am happy with the compromise.
Despite the issues noted above I'm otherwise happy with the case and decided to keep it.
